This letter is to thank you for the recent completion of a fairly major renovation. It has been a pleasure working with you and your team. However since you were there almost every day for the best part of 8 months a special thank you is in order for your punctuality, professionalism, and extremely positive attitude, always driven by the quality of the job rather than the cost to yourself. Your ability to manage all the trades for the best outcome with the minimum of stress was admirable. In particular working with the pool contractor I had engaged, to seamlessly integrate all the work necessary, was above and beyond our contract, and very much appreciated.
John instilled confidence at every stage of the development and from the very outset I knew i had chosen the right builder.
Within reason I would describe myself as a perfectionist with a high expectation of quality job. At no time, should I not be completely satisfied with any issue, did John try to avoid the issue or persuade me otherwise. He was always very fair and only interested in my complete satisfaction doing whatever was necessary to ensure that outcome. This honesty and commitment to the task is raer and I can only emphasise it was a delight having John around everyday confident and always working in his customer’s best interest. Additionally, having the flexibility to accommodate changes we required was never a problem.
We are delighted with our new, renovated home, and being able to make friends with our builder in the process.
